Receiving Your Dell Dollars
Your Dell Dollars will be emailed to you within four to six weeks after your order has been shipped.
If we don’t have your email address, we will send your Dell Dollars to your billing address by mail.
However, if you place your order at work through an Employee Purchase Program, your Dell Dollars will be posted to the shipping address on your order.

Please Note:To learn how to use your Dell Dollars, follow these steps: - Go to www.dell.com.
- Go to the correct shopping segment on our Web site.
- Add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart.
- Make sure that the value of your order (before tax, shipping and handling fees are added) is more than the value of your Dell Dollars.
- Enter your Dell Dollar Code/s in the text box (the text box is below the list of items in your shopping cart).
- Click on Apply Coupon.
- Check the value of your Dell Dollars. It should now show up as discount under the Sub Total tab.
If you do NOT see the discount subtracted from your order, please check that the value of your order (before tax, shipping and handling fees are added) is greater than the value of your Dell Dollar.Back to top
