  • Incorrect Item Received

    The first thing you should do is check the Packing Slip and/or Order Confirmation document. Is the item you ordered listed correctly?

    If the item you ordered is listed correctly on your Packing Slip and/or Order Confirmation document, but the item actually delivered is incorrect, please fill in the Web form by clicking here.

  • Report a Missing Item

    The first thing you should do is check all the boxes because sometimes small items are packed in smaller boxes within a large box. If you still think something is missing, do the following:

    Check the Packing Slip and/or Order Confirmation document against the products received.

    If an item appears on the Packing Slip and/or Order Confirmation document but hasn't arrived, it may still be in transit. To check if the item is still in transit, go to My Order Status

    If you can't locate a missing item by using My Order Status, fill out the Web form by clicking here

  • Report a Damaged Item

    If you have received your order in a damaged box and the product does not work properly, please fill out the Web form by clicking here.

    Please Note: If there was no damage to the box, but the product does not work properly, please contact Technical Support by clicking here.

  • Download Invoice Online

    Your invoice will be available online two business days after your order ships.

    To get a copy of your invoice online, follow the steps below:

    • Click Invoices.
    • Sign in with your My Account login details.
    • Under the Invoice column, click on View Invoice.
    • When the invoice is displayed, you can click on Download PDF and print a copy.

    • Download Packing Slip

      Your packing slip should be packed on top of the shipping box when your order is delivered.

      If you are within 30 days of your order ship date, we can provide a copy of your packing slip online; simply fill out the Web form by clicking here.
