Tim Quigley

Tim Quigley
Tim Quigley is the executive vice president of Dell Services Midwest and Northeast healthcare group responsible for operations. Mr. Quigley also leads the Payer Services team, which focuses on continuing to build and maintain relationships with major healthcare organizations.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Quigley served as the executive director for Dell Services healthcare provider and supply chain clients for the east region of the United States. Previously, he was a client executive for Dell Services’ Tufts Medical Center account, a $475 million academic medical center affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine located in downtown Boston. Originally founded as the Boston Dispensary, Tufts Medical Center was the first permanent medical facility in New England and is now home to the Floating Hospital for Children. While in this role, Mr. Quigley oversaw the Tufts Medical Center’s effort to separate its information services function from its former parent, Lifespan Health System.

Prior to his role at Tufts Medical Center, Mr. Quigley was a member of Dell Services healthcare consulting practice. He has more than 9 years experience in operations and strategic consulting across a broad range of healthcare organizations, primarily working with hospitals and health systems. He has worked on several hospital re-engineering projects, including one that resulted in a 15 percent reduction in operating expense. He also has experience in the strategic and operational implications related to integrated health systems development. In addition to his hospital experience, Mr. Quigley has worked in the physician practice management environment on corporate and physician office operations. He also has experience in the development of IT strategic plans, including one he completed for a $600 million medical manufacturer.

Outside of healthcare, Mr. Quigley has performed strategic work in the field of ecommerce for an international distributor of electronic components and a tier one automotive parts manufacturer.

Prior to joining Dell Services, Mr. Quigley was a founding member of Stamos Associates, a boutique consulting firm that specialized in strategic consulting for hospitals and health systems. Dell Services acquired Stamos Associates in 1997. Previously, Mr. Quigley worked on the staff of U.S. Senator Bill Bradley, where he held both administrative and legislative positions. Mr. Quigley received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
