Robert Teague
Robert Teague is a physician advisor in the Dell Services Healthcare Consulting Group. Dr. Teague brings extensive experience in inpatient and ambulatory clinical care and administrative leadership, healthcare technology and EHR design and implementation, and transformational program implementation in numerous healthcare and technology organizations.

Prior to joining Dell, Dr. Teague was the corporate medical director at Compaq where he served as a wellness, health and safety and benefits consultant, and served as a consultant to corporate health strategies group. Dr. Teague is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine with more than 20 years’ experience as a practicing physician and consulting advisor. He has maintained a keen interest in health services process improvement while leveraging technology for greater quality patient outcomes and improved process productivity. These interests have manifested in numerous leadership roles within academic medical centers, large and small hospitals, and entrepreneurial businesses.

Dr. Teague received his Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Teague has served as an associate professor of medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine and an adjunct associate professor of occupational medicine at the University of Texas School of Public Health.
