Novell Master License Agreement (MLA) includes all the benefits of Volume License Agreement (VLA), plus even higher discounts and the inclusion of Software Maintenance for upgrades and support. Available support levels and pricing vary by volume and product(s) purchased.

The MLA also provides price protection — the required upgrade protection that ensures the cost of products and support will not increase for your two-year term. And, if you need a higher level of support, you get discounts on Novell Consulting and Technical Services.

How It Works
With MLA, you agree to a minimum up-front purchase of $500,000 before discount. Within a parent organization, any affiliate or subsidiary can participate with a minimum order of $5,000.
