LANDesk Academic Alliance Kindergarten — 12th Grade Program

The LANDesk Academic Alliance program simplifies licensing and lowers total software ownership costs for Kindergarten — 12th grade (K–12) institutions in North America. Participation helps keep your LANDesk licenses affordable.
In addition to cost-effective licensing that works within the typically tight annual budgets of education customers, the program simplifies budgeting for K–12 institutions. Easily calculate your annual fee, based on the total number of campuses using LANDesk Management Suite and Security Suite.
LANDesk's Academic Alliance program provides the right to use LANDesk Management Suite and LANDesk Security Suite, regardless of the number of computers. Pricing is based upon the number of campuses or the number of unique school addresses. A discounted price is available for noneducational buildings, such as administrative buildings and bus garages (up to a maximum of 10 percent of the total campuses). For example, if you have 100 campuses, you could have up to 10 noneducation buildings at the discounted rate.
License administration is also simplified. The LANDesk Academic Alliance program authorizes administrators to count and pay only once a year, even as student counts fluctuate. Add additional campuses as needed at a prorated amount based on the initial purchase price.

Licenses obtained through the LANDesk Academic Alliance program include upgrade protection to keep your organization current with the LANDesk Management Suite and LANDesk Security Suite.
Technical Support Available
Phone support is available through LANDesk incident packs. Choose the 5, 10, 25 or unlimited incident pack to meet your needs. Incident packs are good for one year or until the number of included incidents have been used up. LANDesk also offers a technical account manager option to provide proactive and comprehensive support. Talk to your Dell account manager about the option that works best for your organization.
Upgrade to Dedicated Support
For an even higher level of support, you can also purchase dedicated support from a LANDesk technical account manager. Each technical account manager is dedicated exclusively to a select number of accounts. You get the benefits of adding a proactive, LANDesk specialist to your team without adding another employee. You can count on your LANDesk technical account manager for expertise on all LANDesk products and for direct access to the engineers who developed the products your organization depends on.
