For any eligible order of a new Adobe® software license, upgraded license or Upgrade Plan, you get points. The size of your order determines your discount level. The more you order in a single transaction, the more points that transaction is worth, and the higher the applicable discount level.
Available worldwide, Transactional Licensing Program (TLP) covers most Adobe desktop products, and there is no membership or additional purchase requirements.
When you order Adobe products under TLP, you get an easy-to-use Web site that simplifies software administration and record-keeping. Your customized Web page can help you keep up-to-date with licensing information on all your Adobe software.
Discount Levels
The TLP discount structure is shown below. To calculate TLP point totals specific to your order and determine discount levels for your commercial, education or government organization, contact your Dell account manager.

Upgrade Plan
Adobe's Upgrade Plan gives you more peace of mind, no matter which licensing program you choose. For a single cost per licensed product, the Upgrade Plan gives you access to any and all upgrades of that product during the term of the plan.
