The XL program for Dell OEM-Ready servers and workstations was created to assist customers with high sensitivity to rapid technology transitions common in the computing industry.
Dell already provides considerable stability for its IT solutions, which balances delivery of leading technologies with the need for consistency in the enterprise during long-term implementations and multiphased rollouts.
OEM customers can take full advantage of the change and lifecycle management resources offered through Dell's world-class services model. Dell OEM Solutions expanded on this tested model for our de-branded OEM-Ready products.
Because OEM-Ready platforms generally require a higher level of service and support, Dell OEM Solutions provides a greater level of change management and lifecycle planning for customers buying OEM-Ready products. While the OEM-Ready platforms meet the needs of most OEM customers, additional control and planning support is needed for a certain segment of OEM's who are extremely sensitive to change and transitions.
