- Lifecycle Controller
Dell blade servers include the innovative Lifecycle Controller, an integrated 1GB of persistent and managed storage that embeds systems management features right into the server. With the Lifecycle Controller, you can remotely provision, deploy, patch, service and customize your blade servers without hunting down a system management disc.
- Chassis Management Controller
The M1000e chassis includes the Chassis Management Controller (CMC), which provides a single secure interface for inventory, configuration, monitoring and alerting for the chassis and all installed components. It also offers complete real-time power and thermal monitoring and management, including high/low power-use envelopes and power prioritization down to the slot level. Also supported is an optional second CMC, which provides fully redundant access to the chassis and servers.
- Dell Management Console
Dell Management Console software provides a single unified view of your data center, including management of multiple chassis and blades, all fed from a single database repository.
- Integrated KVM Switch
We offer one of the only blade solutions with an integrated Keyboard, Video Display Unit, Mouse (KVM) switch, enabling easy set-up and deployment, and seamless integration into your existing KVM infrastructure.
