The sustainability life cycle highlights the integral relationships among what we view as the key elements of sustainability: corporate accountability, environmental responsibility, employee engagement and community involvement. As the life cycle illustrates, we view all aspects of Dell’s business through the lens of sustainability. The circular format of our life cycle illustration suggests the iterative nature of our process and that all of the elements are connected. We seek out and listen to input from customers and other stakeholders to continuously deliver improvements to the way we manage the environmental, social and employee impacts and benefits of our products, processes and practices.
