Communicating with the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors has established policies and procedures for stockholders wishing to communicate with the Board of Directors. Any Dell stockholder may send communications to the Board of Directors as a whole, the independent directors as a group, the Presiding Director or any other individual member of the Board or any Board committee by submitting those communications to the appropriate person or group at the following address:

Each such communication should state the full name of the stockholder and, if stockholder is not a record holder of Dell stock, should be accompanied by appropriate evidence of stock ownership (such as an accounting statement showing ownership of Dell stock).
