Our Employees in Action

Introduction

For our employees, our green agenda is a personal one. In addition to designing next-generation ‘green’ technologies, we’re making a positive impact in communities across the globe. By working together, we’re make meaningful contributions that our neighbors can count on and value.

Employees participate in Dell’s green efforts in a number of ways. They might post “green” ideas on Employee Storm, an informal employee idea-generation tool, or ReGeneration.org, a Dell-hosted site for people of all ages who care about protecting the planet. Employees also have opportunities to implement environmentally-responsible best practices on campus, or join a voluntary “Green Team” focused on improving or re-engineering Dell programs and processes so that they have a stronger green focus. Many Dell employees also volunteer in surrounding communities to extend their green impact.
