Dell Toner Management System

Dell Toner Management System^TM
Integrates with the Printer Web Tool to provide timely, easy online ordering of laser printer toner cartridges and other supplies, direct from Dell. The Dell Toner Management System can:

monitor toner levels
receive pop-up or email notification of low toner levels
connect to the specific printer page for one-click toner ordering, with printer model, service tag and current toner level automatically transmitted

The Dell Ink Management System^TM provides the same features for inkjet printers.

Dell ColorTrack

Dell ColorTrack^TM
Available on all Dell color laser printers, ColorTrack helps reduce the total cost of printing by controlling employee access to color printing, ensuring that only the most important business documents are printed in color. Enjoy the convenience of Dell ProSupport™ On-site Repair Service After Remote Diagnosis, which is offered with select printers. For issues covered by your Limited Hardware Warranty, a technician and/or part will be dispatched, if necessary, usually within 1 or 2 business days following completion of Remote Diagnosis.
Next Business Day advanced exchange service (select printers)	If you have a problem with your printer during your limited hardware warranty period that can’t be fixed with phone-based support and troubleshooting, we will ship you a replacement unit the next business day*.
