Getting Started Support

Get 60 days of Getting Started Support that includes assistance with simple queries such as setting up your security protection software or parental controls.

Dell Premium Phone Support

  • Dell Premium Phone Support is an affordable way to get the most from your computer for the duration of your warranty term. We help with typical software issues or with frequently asked questions such as how to set up a wireless network.
  • We offer you support through phone and email and cover hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • We will support all of the software included on your Dell PC at the time of purchase and also common software applications that you choose to install.

Next Day In-Home Service

We will repair your system within 10 business days after completion of telephone-based troubleshooting. Your system will be collected from your home during the next business day (if the call is logged by the technician before the daily cut-off time on the previous day). This service is available Monday to Friday during local business hours.
