What responsibilities are included in your current role?
Currently I manage a team of technology program managers that deliver projects and program improvements that provide improved CE online or Sales productivity through new technology and capabilities.

How would you describe the Dell culture?
Open, collaborative, energizing, fast-paced, and innovative.

What do you think people interested in working here would need to know?
Dell is big. I know sounds obvious, but people often forget Dell is a global, Fortune 50 company. In many functions, your job scope and responsibilities can be very large and the ramp of “Dell-isms” and how to get things done at Dell is a climb, so you have to remain patient and focused on learning as much as you can when you start.

What positive effects have you seen as a result of Dell’s strategy transition?
I have noticed that people are all moving together more harmoniously than in the last few years prior to the new strategy roll out. We are moving with purpose again.

What role have you played in helping your customers grow and thrive?
I try to always consider the customer first and stop doing activities or driving outcomes that don’t benefit them. Online is a great time saver for our customers.

How does Dell differentiate itself when it comes to being an employer of choice?
As an outsider, people see Dell’s success and throughput and want to be a part of the entrepreneurial spirit and the growth engine. Once you are here, you realize the autonomy and possibilities to work on meaningful and cool projects and programs. You also realize that there are many places to move and grow within Dell. You can make a long term career here and always grow and learn.

Describe your Dell experience using 5 words.
Rewarding, exciting, fulfilling, challenging (in a good way), and enduring
