I’ve worked at Dell for over 5 years since July 2006. July 2006 – Dec 2010: Talent Acquisition Manager. Jan 2011 – now: HR consultant, Indochina, SADMG & Malaysia Sales Team

t responsibilities are included in your current role?
Driving country-level people strategy which include but not limited to developing inspiring leaders, championing team members, listening and sharing, being an employer of choice, and field services HRG to provide consultation of country level employee relations issues.

How would you describe the Dell culture?

The opportunities to grow and thrive in my career in the organization which have strong believe in business objective of helping people grow and thrive anywhere and anytime. This matches well with my personal value. This is not a company that simply provides a job, but a place to build career.

What positive effects have you seen as a result of Dell’s strategy transition?
The value of appreciating the relationship with team members and the key stakeholders of Dell. The value of building relationship has piled a strong engagement foundation for peoples in Dell.

What role have you played in helping your customers grow and thrive?
As a HR practitioner, it is my role to partner with businesses and team members to provide feedback and discuss solutions to better support them. We want them to be able to stay engaged in serving our end customer with strong what and how!

How does Dell differentiate itself when it comes to being an employer of choice?
